  • What items can I buy or ‘titip’ from the concierge service?

    Any items that have an existing store or online shop in USA. If the store does not have an online shop, as long as there is a complete address & contact details so we can negotiate the purchase for you.

    Please visit our brands catalogue to assist you with the brands & categories we can purchase for you.

    We cannot purchase and send you anything edible from food, spices, drinks and any other liquids more than 120 ml.

    Minimum order amount is USD100. The proposal price that we are going to give you has already included the customs tax in Indonesia.

  • How can I pay?

    You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take privacy and security very seriously.

  • Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please try one of the followings:

    • Check your confirmation email to see whether you have put in the correct address
    • Please check with your building or house attendants whether they have received any delivery from us
    • If you still cannot find your parcel, please contact us immediately
