DELIVERY

Concierge Service
Estimated delivery time depends on the type, size, weight and quantity of items you have ordered since we will need to check the product availability, location, domestic delivery (if outside of our area) and international delivery. Estimated delivery time will be quoted to you on our ‘Fee Proposal’.

Our ‘Fee Proposal’ will include all cost for shipping & handling, including domestic & international delivery and the customs clearance fees and insurance if you have purchased from us.

Ready Stock Items
If you have ordered an item from our ‘Ready Stock Items’, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 7 business days. If it is outside of this timeframe you will be notified immediately once you place an order.

RETURNS

Nitipstore strives to ensure you are satisfied. If something is not right please let us know immediately by contacting us,  please ensure you include your order number and the item you’ve ordered.

If your order still qualifies for returns by the original seller’s refund policy, your item need to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Item is still in tact in its original packaging.
  • Item will need to be returned to our Jakarta office within 3 days from when the item is received.
  • Write to us the detailed reasons why you want to return the item. Please include as many details why we should return the item.
  • We will arrange a pick-up from your address once return is approved. All additional shipping cost will be charged to the member.
  • Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to return any cosmetics, earrings, underwear and swimwear as the original vendor will not allow us to do so.
  • We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ and ‘ready stock’ items.
